Cancellation and refund policy
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, you receive a full refund. Within 24 hours of departure, there is no refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Accessibility needs should be reviewed before booking so the right vehicle can be confirmed. Child seats are available on request for the Luxury SUV. Service animals are not part of the current operating model, so any special requirements should be discussed before confirmation.
